All our orders are processed securely via World Pay.
To order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the sales page. This will open a new window with the Shopping Cart, where quantities can be changed or items removed before checking out. If you want to buy more than one model, you can continue shopping by selecing the "Add to Cart" button next to that model. Once you are finished with your selection, please make sure all quantities are correct and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page. The order will only be completed when you click the final confirmation button after you've been asked for your your personal and payment details.
All goods will be sent out within 2 days.
Payphone Service are not VAT registered.
If your item is unwanted (i.e. not faulty or as described), you must inform us of your wish to return it within FIVE working days. You must then send the item back to us via a postal service wich is trackable online. We will then provide a full refund (excluding your postage costs back to us) provided the item is un-damaged and in a fully re-saleable condition. All unwanted items must be returned unused with seals and packaging intact. We regret that we cannot accept unwanted items once they have been received for more than FIVE working days. If the item is faulty or not as described, then we will also refund the postage costs of returning the item.
Refunds will be completed in the same manner in which you paid. i.e. if you paid by Visa, your refund will be to your Visa card. If you paid by cheque, you will receive a cheque. The same with Paypal; the money will be paid back in to your Paypal account. Refunds will be completed by us within 14 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us. Refunds against cheques will not be issued until the cheque has cleared at our bank.
